I don't know!

Well, this day was good! I've been able to be with the persons I love. I'm thinking that why is it every happy day of mine there will always be disappointing or something bad that will come before it ends. Isn't it sad?

What a sad thing about this day was we came to church for the Word and be closer to our Dear Lord, I've learned a lot and meditated on it. But when I got home it seems that my mom was hurt and as I keep on thinking the reason why I knew it already. I feel bad about it. What she is feeling right now I felt it a long time before more than she did. I've experienced it!

Now, the thing running into my mind is that we should be sensitive on everything we say. It might hurt somebody or it might be misinterpreted. Sometimes we forget the responsibility of the words that comes out from our mouth. It will have an impact to someone you are talking to. This past few weeks God has been teaching of being responsible to every words that we say, we will give an account of it in the day of judgment.

"But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak,
they will give account of it in the day of judgment"
Matthew 12:36

Idle words are things we say carelessly, without concern for their impact on others. Lately, it's been a reminder for me that I should say things that will encourage others, lift them up and not letting them down.

"Do not let unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,
but only what is helpful for building others up according
to their needs that it may benefit those who listen."
Ephesians 4: 29

Well, these days I'm trying to practice what God has been teaching me regarding this because I have seen and I've been through this matter. Words are really powerful, they may hurt us and it could affect many aspects of our lives so we must be reminded that our tongue is just a small part of our body but but it may corrupt the whole person or our personality.

5 Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. 6 The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body.
It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire,
and is itself set on fire by hell.
James 3:5-6
God bless us all people!
